A background in health is not essential, however your intellectual curiosity and ability to apply your learning definitely is!

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven policy experience within the public sector
• The ability to mentor, guide and coach junior staff on policy principles
• Expertise in preparing cabinet papers under tight timeframes
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple policy projects
• A self-managing, proactive approach to task completion
